At 16 minutes, this short gives us a lifetime of grief and more to process it.
Usually, I’m not into exorcism movies (me being an athiest) so I don’t find them particularly scary and more eye-roll-inducing than anything. This though, was different.
It’s a shame that it was overshadowed by Blair Witch, because on scare factor and believability, The Last Broadcast has it beat for sure.
Southern Scares was a ghost tour through a plantation house: heart-wrenching, dark, and leaving a lasting impression.
You shouldnโt go in expecting high-tech effects and jumpscares galore, but rather endless laughs you can share with a group of your best friends.
