I have been craving something utterly frightening, and Tales from the Void got me right from the intro.
If you recall, I did a ranking a while ago on best Movie Openers. This is a sort of sequel to that, only with best Title Sequences! This means the little opener at the beginning with the title added in. Enjoy!
It’s time for more Yamishibai! Season 4 features monsters, spirits, and so much more horror.
If you are a Millennial, you know this theme song by heart. The maestro of the macabre, strumming the strings of our haunted souls. A dreadful treat for your ears, tickling the ivories while tip-toeing through dark rooms and hallways. The theme to nightmares itself: Goosebumps. This theme song is ingrained in our minds forever more, bearing the power to possess our psyche and bring us back to a time of nostalgia and fright. It is the one. Viewer beware, you’re in for a scare!
While many fans say there is a distinct lowering of scare factor despite the higher quality animations, I still found this show entertaining enough to continue on through the seasons. To me, I still love the show.
With a cast of fantastic actors, sensational storylines, and a bomb-ass opening title sequence, AHS couldn’t be stopped. Here is a list of them all, ranked from worst to best.
The four-season series took well-known creepypastas and expanded on them in gloriously insane fashion, bringing our wildest dreams and deepest fears to life.
It’s not the first book in the series, but Stay Out of the Basement is one whose imagery is forever cemented in my head.
Season 2 of these Japanese horror shorts features a haunted kitchen, a demented ventriloquist dummy, and a mysterious school locker.
