I’ve been missing Halloween lately, and with my new subscription to Screambox on Amazon, I have access to a million more horror movies, including the legendary Hell House LLC.
Last year was the year of opposites: new vs. old, remake vs. original, high budget vs. low budget, indie vs. studio, so on and so forth. This year, I think we will see a shift towards one side.
It’s a shame that it was overshadowed by Blair Witch, because on scare factor and believability, The Last Broadcast has it beat for sure.
Usually, I’m not into exorcism movies (me being an athiest) so I don’t find them particularly scary and more eye-roll-inducing than anything. This though, was different.
As Above, So Below will never fail to impress me, and it’s a movie that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a high energy, fast-paced scare fest.
David must ask himself: has Carol gone mad with grief of her family member’s deaths, or is something more sinister at work?

There is literally no other way to describe these movies other than “Creep.”
There may be an explanation for missing persons cases worldwide. Too bad we can’t escape it.
